Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
If you believe you have been discriminated against or harassed, and your enumerated rights under the Ontario Human Rights Code has been violated, contact us for a consultation.
There are 5 social areas wherein you may have an Ontario Human Rights Code claim under the Tribunal:

- Goods, services and facilities
- Contracts
- Membership in trade and vocational associations (such as unions)
The grounds of discrimination that may ensue are:

- Place of origin
- Citizenship
